Hi guys, this is Yunzhe Li. I joined Merck Healthcare in August 2021 and started my rotation at the retail team in CME BU. In the past six months, I have contributed to the channel management and strategy mapping to promote our SKU listing. It is a very meaningful journey that helps me to understand the commercial side of our business. Merck is a company that embraces diversity, commercially and culturally. We cover healthcare, life science, and electronics in our portfolio. In the GOglobal family, we come from different parts of the world and exchange our culture and experience with the cohort.

Hello! This is Luning from Life Science. I joined Merck as my first professional job, attracted by GOglobal program.
During my first 18-months rotations in Shanghai, I took responsibilities of marketing, operation, and sales role in commercial team. From the very beginning, I became the core member of our team and had a big picture view of the business. In every project, I took a deep dive into the products for each industry and had direct contact with our customers. I’m grad and proud to find my proposals are recognized and I have sold the top-selling products for the highest price.
In GOglobal program, it’s a fantastic experience to welcome challenges and rapidly grow with strategic thinking and result-oriented mind. Besides, we will have exceptional training opportunities and monthly sharing from different sectors. Not only can we collaborate with our excellent peers and multi-functional colleagues, but we can have networking with our outstanding mentor and assignment managers.
Now, I’m ready for my final 6-months rotation in Paris. That must be a wonderful journey to remember.
